Data Processing Agreement

1. Purpose
This agreement supplements our Privacy Policy and describes the third-party sub-processors we use to operate our website and services at nomoredots.com. We have signed processing agreements or rely on approved transfer mechanisms (EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Privacy Framework) with each provider listed below. This document is updated whenever our list of providers changes, and is available to any visitor or client on request.

4. Your Rights
Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information. You also have the right to portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at hello@nomoredots.com and we will respond within 30 days as required by law.
5. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Analytics and marketing providers follow their own retention policies, which you can review via the links in the table above. 6. Updates
This agreement is reviewed at least once per year and updated whenever our sub-processor list changes or when applicable law requires. Changes take effect upon publication. If we make material changes that affect your rights, we will notify clients via email.
